How To Use
All you need is 1 to 1-1/2 lb of protein, 2 cups of veggies, and a bottle of Mesa de Vida cooking sauce. Let your creativity (or protein and veggies you have on hand) guide your meal prep. Need some ideas? Here are some of our favorite pairing suggestions for our Creole inspired blend:
Protein: Fish, shrimp, crab, chicken, sausage, beef stew meat, kidney or red beans.
Vegetables: Bell peppers, potatoes, carrots, celery, tomatoes, summer squash and okra. Add extra hot sauce or cayenne pepper if you like it spicy!
