We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, customer account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled portion of the order to the original payment method.

If we cancel an order because of our error after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Mesa de Vida Seasoned Rice Blends are intended to be prepared according to the instructions provided on the product packaging.
Some recipes and preparation methods call for customers to add ingredients such as meat, poultry, seafood, plant-based proteins, vegetables, broth, or other ingredients that are purchased and handled separately by the customer.
Customers are responsible for the safe handling, storage, preparation, and cooking of ingredients they add to Mesa de Vida products, including cooking meat, poultry, seafood, and other foods to appropriate safe temperatures.
Mesa de Vida is not responsible for the safety, quality, handling, storage, preparation, or condition of ingredients supplied or added by the customer or another third party.
Nutrition and Dietary Information
Information provided on our website, including recipes, articles, FAQs, nutrition information, and other educational content, is provided for general informational purposes and is not intended as medical, nutritional, or other professional healthcare advice.

Refunds, Replacements and Customer-Service Claims
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to investigate refund, replacement, missing-package, damaged-product, promotional, and other customer-service claims and may request reasonable supporting information, including photographs, order information, shipping information, product packaging, lot codes, and best-by information.
