Ingredients

Up to 2 cups diced vegetables of your choice (onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini)

1 bottle Mesa de Vida Globally Inspired Cooking Sauce - Creole, Latin, Mediterranean or Moroccan flavor

4 cups broth

1-2 cans rinsed and drained beans or lentils (pinto, cannellini, black, kidney, garbanzo/chickpea, etc.)

Salt to taste/health needs
Directions

In a soup pot over medium-high heat, saute vegetables until translucent, about 8 minutes

Add remaining ingredients, bring to a simmer

Cover and lower the heat to low. Cook for 20-30 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the flavors have combined
