1 bottle Mesa de Vida Globally Inspired Cooking Sauce - Creole, Latin, Mediterranean, or Moroccan flavors

Up to 2 cups sliced or diced vegetables of your choice (onion, tomato, bell pepper)

Optional: 1/4 cup white wine, Marsala wine, or Sherry
