Shrimp and Fish Stew with Globally Inspired Flavors

This is a flavor-packed, easy to make, gourmet fish and seafood recipe elevated with globally inspired flavors that anyone can make. Serve with crusty bread and enjoy!

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1-1/2 lb fish fillets (cod, halibut, tilapia) and/or cleaned and shelled shrimp
  • 1 bottle Mesa de Vida Globally Inspired Cooking Sauce - Creole, Latin, Mediterranean, or Moroccan flavors
  • Up to 2 cups sliced or diced vegetables of your choice (onion, tomato, bell pepper)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup white wine, Marsala wine, or Sherry
  • Salt to taste/health needs

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in a large skillet. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, lower the heat to low and cover
  2. Cook on low for 25-35 minutes until the seafood is fully cooked and tender
