Ingredients

1 lb ground Italian or Merguez sausage (or any pork, chicken, turkey or plant-based alternative sausage you like)

1 bottle Mesa de Vida Moroccan Inspired Cooking Sauce

2 cups diced, peeled butternut squash or sweet pumpkin (frozen works great)

1 can rinsed and drained cannellini beans

2-4 cups broth (depending if you like it more like a stew, or soupier)

Salt to taste/health needs

In a pot or large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground protein until golden brown

Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine

Bring to a simmer then lower the heat to low. Cook for 25-30 minutes until the squash is tender and the chili reaches the consistency you like
