Ingredients

2 lb bone-in protein cut (bone-in short ribs, chuck roast, lamb roast, or chicken pieces), or 1-½ lb boneless protein cuts

1 bottle Mesa de Vida Mediterranean Inspired Cooking Sauce
- 14 oz canned crushed tomatoes

Salt to taste/health needs

½ cup broth
Directions

Sear protein if desired. Add ingredients to the slow cooker, stir to combine

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
- Oven-Braised instructions: After searing the meat add the ingredients to an oven proof dish with a tight fitting cover. Cook in a 375 degree preheated oven for 60-90 minutes, or until the meat is fall-apart tender.

Shred the meat, remove the bones (if applicable), toss with the sauce, and serve as you like
