Ingredients

1 lb fresh fish fillets (we suggest cod, halibut, and tilapia) ; or up to 2 lb of a combination of fish and shellfish of your choice (clams, mussels, cooked crab portions, shrimp, or calamari rings)

1 bottle Mesa de Vida Mediterranean Inspired Starter Sauce

Optional: 1 sliced or diced onion and additional fresh minced garlic to taste

1 can diced tomatoes

1/4 cup white wine or seafood broth

Salt to taste/health needs
Directions

In a large pot or skillet over medium-high heat, layer ingredients in order above

Bring to a simmer, then lower the heat to low and cover

Cook until the fish is tender and flaky, and shellfish is cooked through/opens (20-25 minutes)

Serve straight up, with crusty bread, or over hot cooked pasta and enjoy!
