Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat or diced beef chuck roast
  • 1 medium sweet potato, diced
  • 1 cup kale, cleaned and chopped
  • 1 bottle Mesa de Vida Caribbean Inspired Cooking Sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 3-4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • Salt to taste/health needs
  • Optional: 1 whole habanero pepper, if you like it spicy!

Directions

  1. Sear meat to golden brown, if desired. Add ingredients to the slow cooker, stir to combine
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours
