Ingredients
6 cups chicken or bone broth
13-16 oz. prepared meatballs (frozen or fresh; chicken, turkey or vegetarian-friendly meatballs) cut into quarters. *We love US Wellness Meats Sugar-Free Pork Meatballs
2 cups kale, chopped
1 bottle Mesa de Vida Latin-Inspired Cooking Sauce
1/2 cup white rice, rinsed and drained
Salt to taste
Fresh lime and cilantro for serving.
Directions

Place the broth, meatballs, kale, Mesa de Vida Latin Inspired Cooking Sauce, rice, and salt to taste into a soup pot.

Bring to a simmer, then lower the heat to low and cover.

Cook for 30 minutes.

Squeeze each serving with fresh lime and a sprinkle of cilantro to serve.
