Cozy Quick Stove Top Beef Stew with Globally Inspired Flavors

Quick beef stew that isn't boring? Coming right up! This cozy, quick, stove top beef stew recipe is a great weeknight meal, or recipe for a casual weekend dinner party. This is elevated with Mesa de Vida's globally inspired flavors and is Paleo and Whole30 friendly. 

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat, or boneless chuck roast cut into 1" cubes
  • Optional: flour for dusting
  • 1 bottle any flavor Mesa de Vida Globally Inspired Cooking Sauce flavor
  • 2 cups vegetables of your choice (diced onion, tomatoes, carrots, bell pepper, celery, potatoes, sweet potatoes, eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms)
  • 1-2 cups of broth (more if you like it soupier, less if you prefer stew)
  • Salt to taste/health needs

Directions

  1. Optional: Coat beef with a light coating of flour
  2. Heat a large skillet or Dutch Oven over medium-high heat. Sear beef until golden brown on all sides
  3. Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine. Bring to a simmer, then lower the heat to low
  4. Cover and cook for 30-45 minutes, until the beef is tender and cooked through
