Preheat your oven to 425 degrees, and heat a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat.
When the skillet is hot, add oil/fat to the pan, swirl to coat.
Add the potatoes to the pan in an even layer. Cook until both sides are golden brown, only flipping each potato slice when fully golden brown and the potato releases easily from the pan.
Add the Mesa de Vida Recipe Starter & Cooking Sauce and broth the skillet, season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently to combine.
Place the skillet into the oven. Bake for 30-45 minutes until almost all of the liquid has absorbed and the top of the potatoes just start to brown a bit.
Remove from the oven and serve. Enjoy!
