Get your pasta on to cook according to manufacturer's instructions (omit this step if you're serving this ragu with beans.)
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ghee/oil, swirl to coat.
Add the tomatoes and zucchini (if using), then turn the heat up to medium-high. Cook until the tomato skins start to char and shrink up a bit.
Stir in the Mesa de Vida Recipe Starter and Seasoning Sauce and garlic (if using). Salt to taste. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the tomatoes begin to burst.
Stir in the spinach (if using), and the hot cooked and drained pasta, or beans.
Adjust the salt to your taste, serve with cheese if you like, and enjoy!
