LOW-SODIUM - ADD SALT TO YOUR OWN TASTE

You'll see it on the back of the jar, and in all of our recipes: "salt to your own tastes/health needs".

Our recipe starter sauces contain a bare minimum of salt in them - add as little or as much salt as YOU like! 

If you don't have sodium restrictions, I recommend seasoning with salt as you would any meal cooked from scratch. *Remember - you can always add more salt, but you can't take it away! Also, keep in mind what other ingredients you're combining for the meal - some canned beans and broths, as well as sausages, already contain a fair amount of salt.
