Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Items

It is rare for your order to arrive damaged, but sometimes the journey to your home can be rough and out of our control. (I always say I wish I could hand-deliver each and every order!) If our products arrived from an order Mesa de Vida processed in a damaged, spoiled or contaminated state in any way, please contact us right away and we will send you a replacement immediately. We want to make it right! You will be asked to fill out a short claim form and provide a photo of the damage so we can get reimbursed if it was a shipping damage issue.

If you purchased a jar of Mesa de Vida at a retailer or other vendor while we are not responsible for the condition of the product, we do want to know and make it right for you. We may facilitate a refund from the store/vendor you purchased our product from, and we definitely want to know where and when you purchased it so we can follow up with the retailer/vendor to make sure they are properly handling the products. We appreciate you letting us know!
