The delicious, saucy meat simmers up fast and easy with our Smoky Latin inspired healthy cooking sauce. The sauce has all of the chef-blended seasonings, along with a boost of plant-based nutrition with all of the vegetables and even fruit that go into our sauces!

All you do is pour the sauce over your meat, saute until saucy and fully cooked, then spoon into soft baked sweet potatoes.

Beef (or Bison) Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

Serves 4-6

12-16 oz ground beef, bison or turkey

1 1/2-2 cups  Mesa de Vida Smoky Latin inspired healthy cooking sauce

Salt and hot sauce to taste

4-6 small sweet potatoes, baked until tender, cut down the middle

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat, when hot add the meat, sauce, salt and hot sauce to taste. Simmer until thoroughly cooked and the sauce thickens up just a bit. Spoon into the center of the baked sweet potatoes and enjoy!
